4. Cancellation Policy : Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full rate.

5. Communication during treatment: We encourage you to communicate during treatment if the pressure is too hard or too soft, or if you feel uncomfortable. Your comfort is paramount.

Terms of delivery:

1. Rates and payments : All treatments must be paid immediately after the session. We accept cash and payments via the online environment. Special offers or discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

2. Liability : Our treatments are not intended to replace medical care. We are not liable for physical injury or complaints that arise after the treatment, unless there is gross negligence on our part.

3. Cancellations and changes: We kindly ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you want to cancel or change your appointment. In case of late cancellations, the full amount will be charged.
